With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William M. Higgins Sr. of Enfield, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Higgins and Catherine Higgins (Rec); his former wife Ellen Higgins (Reilly); and his daughter Cathleen Higgins. He is survived by: his children, Billy Higgins, Jr. (Kathy), Mary Higgins King and Thomas Higgins; and his grandchildren, Reilly Higgins, Delaney Higgins Monaco (Nicholas Monaco), Nolan King, Tyler King, Declan Higgins and Gavin Higgins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donation in his name may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 395 Chestnut Street Springfield, MA 01104.
