She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Stewart; her parents, David Gibson and Eleanor Gibson (Davidson); her son Richard E. Stewart, Jr.; and her siblings, Beverly Johnson and Andrew Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Ferrari (Stewart) of Enfield, Daniel Stewart, Anna Cashman of Ellington, Kimberly Garrity (Stewart) and Roger Smith of Stafford; and her grandchildren, Michael Stewart (Niina), Jennifer Benson (Eric), Anthony Ferrari (Stephanie) and Joseph Ferrari. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
