He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leiper and Anna Leiper (Thompson). He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy C. Leiper (Slavin); his children, Jeffrey T. Leiper of Enfield, Timothy R. (Dawn Leiper) of Manchester, Brenda M. (Chris Healey) and Annmarie N. (Jeff Wildman); his siblings, Robert Leiper of Vernon and Mary Colbert of Englewood, FL; and his grandchildren, Emily, Alexander, Amanda, Sarah, Ethan and Jacob. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
