He is survived by: his children, Thomas P. Kelley, Jr., Mary-Anna Simpson (Fred), Timothea "Timi" Ouellette (Rocky) of Enfield, Elinor Wooten, Joseph H. Kelley (Kimberlee) of Somers, Carla Longo (Chris), Geri-Lynn Kelley of Ellington, Donna Rogers and Sunniva Brown (Keith); and his wife Marie. He is also survived by his 28 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
