He was predeceased by: his father Fred Rubinstein; and his sister Paulette Shulkin. He is survived by: his brother Arthur Rubinstein (Sharon); his brother-in-law Norman Shulkin; his nieces and nephews, Mark, Jonathan, Amy and Jenny; and his cousins, Roberta (Les), Roz and Dina.
