He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Ebaugh and Iris Ebaugh (Watkins); his wife Lisa; his stepchildren, Joshua and Katrina; his sons, Dustin (Courtney) and Brandon; and his sisters, Sherry and Ellen. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Instead of flowers, those wishing to honor Sean's memory may contribute to the SAFE Project, which supports efforts to stop the addiction fatality epidemic in the United States.
