He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Barrett and Barbara Barrett (Thibault); and his brother-in-law Gary Eisenman. He is survived by: his wife Victoria L. Barrett (Garrett); his children, Philip "PJ" Barrett (Sherry) of Enfield, Caitlin Barrett (Christopher Langan) of Windsor Locks, Anthony Marturano of Enfield, Jessica Kreutzberg (Justin) of Windsor Locks and Megan Skinner of New York; his sibling Along; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Barrett, Thomas Barrett, Michael Barrett (Donna) of Newington and Tracey Eisenman of Somers. He is also survived by grandchildren.
