He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Williams (Wolodko); his father Nicholas Williams; his son Joseph Williams; his siblings, Phyllis Michon, Patricia Stegall, Richard Harvey, John Williams and Peter Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Irene DiMattia, Joseph and David Wolodko.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Williams (Kara) of Montague, MA, Richard Williams (Robbin) of Enfield, Paula Williams of Enfield and Nichole Williams (Keith Stefanik) of Enfield; his grandchildren, Randy Williams, Racheal Williams, Jeremy Stefanik, Caleb, Jacob and Hunter (Summer Williams); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Zoey and Addison Williams; his brother Anthony Williams (Donna) of Vermont; his siblings-in-law, Gerald DiMattia of Enfield, Linda Wolodko of Enfield and Ron Stegall of Florida; and his goddaughter Andrea DiMattia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a special niece.
