Nora O. Staveski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nora O. Staveski of Enfield, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denis O'Connor and Norah O'Connor (Lyne); her husband Walter; her daughter Patricia Staveski; her son-in-law Peter Landry; and her siblings, Michael, Daniel, Mary and Kathleen.
She is survived by: her sibling Enfield; her children, Kathleen Berte (Larry), Deborah Fiore (Lewis), Gail Wence (David) and Noreen Gawryszczuk (Chet); her brother Dennis O'Connor; her grandchildren, Jillian, Kevin, Caitlin, Dennis, Brendan, Taryn, James, Melissa, Michael, Jesse, Stephanie, Christina, Tara, Jordan and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Kenzie, Cassidy, Skyler, Mia, Charlie of Olivia, C. J., Ariana, Evan, Matthew, Lila, Violet and Brady; and her sister-in-law June Staveski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (23 Simon Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the St. Patrick King Street Cemetery (1558 King St, Enfield, CT 06082).
