She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Madej and Bertha Budzynkiewicz Madej; her husband Stanley; her siblings, Joseph, Alphonse, John, Henry, Mary Madej and Stella Smist; and her sister-in-law Claire Madej of Amherst. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Mattie's memory may be made to Saint Raymond of Penafort Parish for masses to be said at St. Adalbert Church.
