She was predeceased by: her parents, John Romano and Giovanina Romano (Giordano); her husband Peter Slegris; her siblings, Anthony, John, Joseph Romano, Vincie Giaccone, Lillian Johnson and Josephine O'Brien; and her granddaughter Amber Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dunn (Karen), Frank Dunn (Kathy) and Thomas Dunn; and her siblings, Raymond Romano, Catherine "Cat" Taylor and Frances DeGray. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
