She was predeceased by: her parents, Armand Dufault and Rose Dufault (Dunleavy); and her daughters, Diane Harper and Kristen Musiak. She is survived by: her husband John Slater; her children, Donna Rinaldi of Springfield and Kevin Harper of Springfield; and her brother Richard Dufault of South Hadley, MA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
