He is survived by: his wife Monika Lewkowicz (Kucharczyk); his parents, Marian Lewkowicz and Jolanta Lewkowicz (Wroblewska); his daughter Izabella; his grandmother Czeslawa Wroblewska; his parents-in-law, Boguslawa and Miroslaw Kucharczyk; his brother Krzysztof; and his sister-in-law Anna Kucharczyk. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernard Church (426 Hazard Ave, Enfield, CT 06082).
