He was predeceased by: his father Joseph J. Andrychowski. He is survived by: his wife Debra Andrychowski (Schrumpf); his children, Major Nicholas Andrychowski (Maisha) and Vanessa Arkoette (Jeffrey); his sister Marjorie Andrychowski; and his mother-in-law Esther Schrumpf.
Memorial donations in Joseph's name can be made to St. Jude, Connecticut Children's Hospital or Smilow Cancer Hospital.
