He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Folan, Jr. and Pauline Folan (Telepciak). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Folan (Contois); his children, Shane, Tara, Heather and Michael; his granddaughter Bailey; and his siblings, Marguerite Devlin, Kevin Folan and Christopher Folan.
He enjoyed his retirement, worked out daily to his favorite rock bands, especially the Rolling Stones, and continued to officiate sports until COVID hit.
