He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nelson and Lillian Nelson (Trombley); and his brother Jack Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Pam Nelson (Gonyea); his pet Skittles; his parents-in-law, Barbara and Richard Gonyea; his sisters-in-law, Gwen Kelly (Tom) and Peg Devlin (Folan); and his nieces and nephews, Kim Harrington (Nelson), Jack Nelson and Samantha Kelly.
