He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Michael Gaffney and Veronica Gaffney (Hughes); his sister Kathleen Chapman (Gaffney); and his parents-in-law, Jack and Doris Blatchford.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen; and his sons, Michael (Leah), Daniel (Rosemary), Christopher (Jenny), Jason (Veronica) and Joseph (Nicole). He is also survived by 10 grandkids; and many siblings, nephews and nieces.
