Florence B. Thomson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence B. Thomson of Enfield, Connecticut, who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William V. "Bill" Thomson Sr.; her parents, Stanley Blanchard and Bernice Blanchard (Gilman); her son David Thomson; and her siblings, Anaise Betscher and Ernest Blanchard.
She is survived by: her sons, William Thomson Jr. (Kathleen) of Enfield and John Thomson (Susan) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Megan Dean (Cameron), Patrick Thomson, Rebecca Thomson, Jessica, Chris Terwilliger and Kelly Thomson (Emily); her great grandchildren, Morwenna Dean and Juniper Terwilliger; and her sister-in-law Betty Thomson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM at the same location.
