He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mele and Theresa Ann Mele (Onofri). He is survived by: his wife Kristine Mele (Dellaselva); his children, Allycia Mele (Besner) of Enfield, Tia Mele of Windsor Locks, Vincent Mele of Enfield and Michael Mele (Ashley Simmons) of Enfield; his siblings, Leo H. Mele of Granby, Andy Mele of Schenectady, NY, Robert Onofri of North Carolina, Richard Onofri of Ellington, Daniel Mele (Lisa Bessette) of Chicopee, MA, Donna Munoz (Gary) of Wappingers Falls, NY and Lori Croneberger (Robert) of Fogelsville, PA; and his parents-in-law, Marlene and Winthrop Wadsworth of West Simsbury. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other relatives he loved.
