Waleryszak of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Waleryszak and Bertha Waleryszak (Gracewski). He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Waleryszak (Bokis); his siblings, Edwin Waleryszak (Marie) and Lisa Urban (Ted); his sister-in-law Darlene Zagura (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren King (Jeff), Andrea Waleryszak-Cernohorsky (Brad), Matthew Zagura (Ashleigh) and Andrew.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leete Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082).
