He is survived by: his daughter Samantha (Michael Kiczck); his grandchildren, Allie, Jace and Colin; his great grandchildren, Landon, Jade and Colton of Windsor Locks; his grandson David Clark Jr. (Jillian); his great grandchildren, Elouise, Lennon and Annie of Suffield; his grandson Austin Clark of Stafford, CT.; and his siblings, Raymond (Deborah Clark) and Karen (Richard Greco). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
