He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Mark Douglas. He is survived by: his mother Carol Sullivan (Richards); his sisters, Maureen LaFrancis (John) of Enfield, Colleen Douglas of Springfield, MA and Kathleen Urban (Andrew) of Canton; and his family Daniel. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
