He is survived by: his children, Michael Scalia of Enfield, Connecticut and Katelynn Scalia of Winter Garden, Florida; and his siblings, Maria Scalia-Blauner (Paul) of Centerville, Massachusetts, Christopher Scalia (Elizabeth) of Miramar Beach, Florida and Lori Wells (John) of Enfield.
