She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; her parents, Catherine Prokop and Michael Prokop; and her siblings, Steve, John, Paul Prokop, Matilda Kalyan (George), Mary Toth and Anna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine K. Zepka (Joseph J.) of Springfield, MA and Nancy J. Kalyan of Enfield; her grandchildren, Joseph J. Zepka, Jr. of Springfield, MA and Theresa Z. McGann (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Amanda and Devin McGann of West Springfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
