She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wormstedt and Sylvia Green Wormstedt; her siblings, June, Sonny and Wayne; and her grandson John Paul Eckel.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Osborn; her children, Debra, Jeff, Miriam (Michael) and Earle (Jennifer); and her brother Harold Petschke (Marianne) of Maryland. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and had one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the First Congregational Church of East Windsor Memorial Fund, honoring Carolyn's deep connection to her faith and community.
