Carol E. Cacicedo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol E. Cacicedo of Enfield, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol E. Cacicedo to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Nicanor Cacicedo; her parents, Leslie Eckerson and Elsie Eckerson; and her sister Charlotte Eckerson. She is survived by: her children, Mark Smith (Jill), Michael Smith (Joann), Russell Smith, Tammy Smith, Jeffrey Smith (Balinda) and Kevin Smith (Shannon); and her stepchildren, Lisa Babcock (Gordon), Nick Cacicedo (Alicia) and Rick Cacicedo (Michelle). She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Browne Memorial Chapels (43 Shaker Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Carol's honor to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
