It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara King of Enfield, Connecticut, born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Sturgeon and Anna Mae Sturgeon (Harte); her husband Warren King; and her sisters, Mary, Ann and Peg.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas King (Barbara) of Northfield, MA, William King (Karen) of Enfield, Mary Abelin (Ed) of Enfield and Susan Miller (Bill) of Hermon, ME; and her grandchildren, Josh, Justin, Michelle, Joel, Nate, Kate, Bill, Alex, Liam and Tori. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
