She is survived by: her husband Brad; her children, Scott Chase (Lisa) of Rochester, NY, Gary Chase (Judy) of Brooklyn, NY, Kristi McKeever (James) of Brookfield, CT and Bryan Chase (Konni) of Sunnyvale, CA.; her brother Robert Persse (Linda) of Houston, TX.; and her grandchildren, Erica McCrystal, Patrick Chase, Michael McKeever, Kaitlyn Martello, Timothy Chase, Jack McKeever and Benjamin Chase.
