He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Provera and Beverly Provera (Haun); and his sisters, Karen Lynn Provera and Lillian Cusick. He is survived by: his sister Laura Provera of Enfield; his nephews, Raymond Provera (Stacey Czamara), Travis Provera (Kaitlyn) and Martin Cusick (Amy); and his great-nephew Andrew Provera.
