He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathalie Maxellon Gerbutovich (Nellie) of Enfield and Alphonso, Sr. of Hartford. He is survived by: his brothers, Wayne E. and Edward J. Gerbutovich of Enfield; his niece Jessica Ann Gerbutovich-Anderson of California; and his cousins, W. Edward Nash, Priscilla Nash Brennan and Tiffany L. Ciprotti.
