We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Susan M. McGill of Ellington, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard S. McGill; and her siblings, Edith Wisnieski, MaryAnn Warren, George Elderkin and Albert Elderkin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Paula (Walter Gill) and Patti (Michael Charette); and her grandchildren, Sarah Gill of Somers and Evan Charette of Ellington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home (551 Talcottville Rd, Vernon, CT 06066). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at 22 Cemetery Ave, Vernon, CT 06066.
