He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Arsenault and Anita Arsenault (Lapointe); and his brother Roger Arsenault. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Arsenault (Deborah) and Helen Chouinard (Gerard) of Windsor Locks; and his nieces and nephews, Marc Chouinard, Daniel Chouinard (Samantha), Rachel Miller (Marcel), Ann Chouinard, Johnathan Arsenault (Kara) and Joseph Arsenault. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
