He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his mother Elizabeth V. Tutko Mills; and his siblings, Thomas Mills, Joanne Mills and Andrew Tutko.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Tutko (Whit Hanschka), Daniel Tutko, Susan Greene, Michael Tutko (Diane Tutko) and Margaret Hildreth; and his grandchildren, Amy Greene, Michael Tutko, Mitchell Hildreth (Kristen Hildreth), Julia Powers, Eli Hanschka, Carter Hildreth, Lena Hanschka and Lily Hildreth. He is also survived by a great-grandchild.
