"RJ" Mellen Jr. of Middletown, Brianna H. Mellen of Bloomfield, Kym Carilli of Bedford Hills, NY and Kerri Mellen of Connecticut; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Mellen and Chelsey Piercey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
