He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Spada and Marie Spada (Ducharme); and his sibling Dean Spada. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Spada (Cody); his daughter Nicole Mancini (Michael Mancini); his granddaughter Vera Mancini; and his brother Tony Spada.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mulryan Funeral Home (725 Hebron Ave, Glastonbury, CT 06033).
