It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan K. Kutscher of Ellington, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Knapp and Florence Engel; her husband David; and her sisters, Beverly Lavigne and Doris Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Joan, Barbara Kutscher-Eddins (Darrell) of California, Thomas Kutscher of Maryland, Richard Kutscher of Nevada, Margaret Kutscher of Ellington and Anne Kutscher (Lenny Ouellette) of Tolland; her grandchildren, Russell, Angelika, Angelo (Amelia), Jonathan, Barbara, Anne and Aurora; her sister-in-law Carolyn Contestabile of Vernon; and her siblings, Patricia Mangiagli (Joseph) of Southington and Bob Knapp (Janie) of Morganton, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
