He was predeceased by: his father Leon; and his brother Ronnie. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dwire (Hoffman); his children, Kevin and Emily; his mother Barbara; and his siblings, Lynn, Leanne and Robert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
