He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Elaine Clark (Hincks). He is survived by: his wife Doreen Clark (Shea); his daughter Amanda Ruiz; his grandson Mason Christian of Ellington; his sons, Joshua Ruiz of New Jersey and Charles Clark of Vernon; and his siblings, Cynthia McClarran (Gary) of Stafford Springs, Jeffrey Clark (Valerie) of Ellington and Stephen Clark (Sandra) of Stafford Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
