It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chet Hunt (Ellington, Connecticut), who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chet Hunt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Harry Hunt, Sr. and Janice Hunt (Holden); and his siblings, Jim, Dwaine, Billy, Jeannette and Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hunt (Hoffman); his sons, Kenny Hunt (Christine) and Ronnie Hunt (Louise Gorsline) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Chester Hunt of Broad Brook and Melissa Sutyla (Christopher) of Willington; his great grandchild Briella; and his sisters, Jeanie Appleby of Harwich, MA and Tresea Young (George) of Loudon, NH. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Chet's memory may be made to the Ellington Volunteer Ambulance Corps., 41 Maple Street, Ellington, CT 06029.
