She was predeceased by: her parents, Geneva M. Shafer (Burleigh) and Seigle H. Shafer. She is survived by: her husband Don; her daughters, Janna (Jim Deveny), Paige McCullough-Casciano and Tara McCullough-Murphy; and her grandchildren, Ashley (Zachary Deveny-Schmidt), Brandon Deveny, Jacob, Olivia Casciano, Kyla, Lexi and Kaden McCullough-Murphy.
