He is survived by: his wife Juli Shamback (Dougan); his sons, Lewis C. Shamback, IV (Jill) and Benjamin J. Shamback (Amanda); his grandchildren, Edie, Lilith, Charlie and Emily; his stepson Ernest G. Busch (Paula); his stepgrandson Jory Carr; his sister Gail Kostruba (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Shaun, Peter and Amy; and his brother-in-law Patrick Dougan (Sandra).
