He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton, Jr. Shead and Doris Shead (Bosworth). He is survived by: his significant other Susan Shead (LaRose) of Eastford, CT; his children, Jason Shead (Elizabeth) of Thompson, CT and Heather Minka (Nicholas) of Holden, MA; his grandchildren, Tyler, Lucas, Connor and Nora; and his siblings, Barry Shead (Brenda) of Woodstock, CT and Audrey Carabeau (Garry) of Eastford, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
