She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Norton and Ethel Norton (Candee); her husband John S. Budd; and her son Howard Budd. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Budd (Kirstin), Lincoln Budd (Rachel) and Elizabeth Corbett (Bill); and her daughter-in-law Jacki Budd. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
