With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley M. Witter-Phaiah of East Woodstock, Connecticut, born in Southbridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 20, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Witter and Inez Witter (Gallegher); her son Alan Scott Phaiah; and her siblings, Noni Logee (Albert), Ina Pasay (Keeton) and Eugene "Bud" Witter (Barbara).
She is survived by: her children, Jim Phaiah (Linda) of Brooklyn, Glenn Phaiah of Thompson and Douglas Phaiah of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Gina Danis (Joel), Pam Marquette (Andy) and Xander Phaiah; her great grandchildren, Paisley and Colby; and also Marie Fafard of Windham.
