It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Devries (East Woodstock, Connecticut), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Brenda Chaplis of Boylston, MA and Brian DeVries of East Woodstock, CT; her brother Donald Brown of Woodstock, CT; her husband Burton DeVries; her siblings, George Brown and Marjorie DeVries; and her parents, George Brown and Gladys Brown. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
