Patricia left this world on January 9, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Joel Martin; her parents, Fred Bouchard and Bertha Bouchard (Levesque); her grandson David Martin; and her siblings, Rosaire Bouchard, Alexina Caron, Gloria Deady, Lorraine Beaulieu and John Bouchard.
She is survived by: her children, Leo Martin (Jill) of Lakeland, FL, Dianne DePascale (Tom) of Windsor Locks, Cynthia Strout (Kenneth, III) of Broad Brook, Karen Breton (Tom McClusky) of Boynton Beach, FL, Gary Martin (Barbara) of East Hartford, Brian Martin (Tracy) of Worcester, VT and Clyde Martin (Brenda) of Ellington; and her siblings, Lucien Bouchard (Helene) of Largo, FL and Dorilda LaRoche of Enfield. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home (419 Buckland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Marianne Cope Parish - St. Philip (150 S Main St, East Windsor, CT 06088). A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Catherine Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association, the Alzheimer's Association of CT, or to the American Diabetes Association.
