It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Normand L. Poulin of East Windsor, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonel J. Poulin and Lea M. Poulin (Cayer); his brother Ronald A. Poulin; his nephew Michael Nelson; and his niece Kristina Guay.

He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Poulin of Windsor Locks; his sisters, Theresa Schnoor of Ellington and Irene Guay of South Windsor; his grandson Brayden A. Grano of Windsor Locks; his sister-in-law Janina Poulin of South Windsor; and his close friend Kimberly Imber of East Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
