It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman G. Cloutier (East Windsor, Connecticut), born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Cloutier (Leblanc) and Lucien Cloutier; his uncles, Noella, Adrien Cloutier, Steffanie and Roland Cloutier; and his cousin Adrienne Duchesneau.
He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Douglas of East Windsor, Lawrence Cloutier (Keri) of Granby, MA and Suzanne Banks (Michael) of Colchester; his grandsons, Zakery, Brandon, Tyler Cloutier, Josiah and Elijah Banks; his great grandchild Brently Cloutier; his sister Lillie Francis of Bellingham, MA.; his nieces, Amy and Jessica; and his cousins, Norman and Bil.
