He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ekaterini Tartsinis (Tsaliki); his children, Kariofilis "Phil" Tartsinis (Ewelina Konopka) of East Windsor, Haralambos "Bobby" Tartsinis of East Windsor and Anna Maria Tartsinis of East Windsor; and his brothers, George Tartsinis of Greece, Michael Tartsinis (Aspasia) of Suffield and Dimitrios Tartsinis.
