She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burbine and Minnie Burbine (Hewey); her husband Walter R. Palmer, Jr.; and her siblings, Karen Shultzman and Thomas Burbine.
She is survived by: her children, Susan DeRagon of Groton, Walter Palmer III (Ikuyo) of Osaka and Scott Palmer of Portland, Oregon.; her grandchildren, Jennifer DeRagon of Tolland, CT, Nicole Romano of Somers, CT, Raymond Palmer of Brooklyn, NY and Leonard Palmer of Watertown, MA; her great grandchildren, Tyler Beers, Jackson Romano, Cooper Cunningham, Henry Romano and William Cunningham; and her brother Raymond Burbine of Plainfield.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine's Church (6 Windsorville Rd, Broad Brook, CT 06016). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the St. Catherine's Cemetery.
